Ms. Riley formed Anne
Dyring Riley LLC in March of 2007 after practicing in large and
small firm environments.
Ms. Riley enjoys a general
practice of law with a focus on commercial, multi-tenant and single
family residential real estate, small business, wills, estate probate
and municipal law.
She represents developers
in their efforts to acquire property, negotiate purchase and sale
agreements, conduct due diligence, apply for and obtain municipal
approvals, planning and zoning applications and a variety of types
of financing.
Ms. Riley prides herself
on providing prompt, efficient service. Utilizing a small staff,
she has concentrated on using up-to-date technology which adds to
efficiency. Her staff is highly trained, efficient and thorough.
Her approach to her work has always been a focus on service for
each one of her clients to feel as if they are her only client.
Her substantial experience allows Ms. Riley to be responsive to
clients' needs on a quick turn-around basis.
